Anonymous Hi, I had the same problem with you C2558 and it took me almost i year looking for the solution to this error until just two days ago I was able to fix it. This is how: change the developer powder together with the OPC drum. Be sure to discard old developer powder as well as the toner in the toner collector just above the drum.

Upon filling with new developer, don't install the toner bottle yet. Go to service choice, then auto adjust the TCR gain. Then, clear the data for supplies. Afterwards, install the toner bottle then auto panel reset the machine and test a copy.
