Have you updated the video drivers to the current ones. Do you have any audio? Can you alt-tab out of it or do you have to reboot the PC to get it back on? No i cant alt tab out of it, i had to alt+ctrl+delete to stop it and on the list it says not responding on both windows 7 64bit and 32 bit (( also maybe u should know that in windows 7 64bit i was able to get to the main menu but it freeze with the sound working and gave me just black screen while its loading a new game or saved once. But in windows 7 32bit ' there is no driver supported in dell in 32 so i had to find my own drivers. Little out of date they worked ' it freezes before it reaches the main menu.
